  2. now I understand, "the thread that connects you." the patch work quilt you are creating with memories each day sewn together with love of children and teaching we are part of your threads and we will all be warmed by your finished quilt of days in africa when you return. I can see it will be hard to leave so your quilt will have to be large enough to cover many. and you are the one that can sew it together strong and colorful. xox Alice
